The same European white oak runs across lots, the stain is locked before the next house is specified, and a specification sheet is what that house uses. This page is the programme. Can the next lot keep the same locked stain?
The stain stays the one locked for the programme, and the specification sheet is what the next house is written from. Each confirmed house reserves its dye lot, including the stairs.
Do you match millwork before the programme locks?
Yes. Free custom stain matching is on the order. Millwork, cabinet, or stone references are matched before production locks the colour. Custom stain matching
Do stairs use that same oak?
Yes. Treads, risers, and landings are specified with the same European white oak as the floors, and the dye lot covers that full house.
Can boards go to the model and be picked up?
Yes. Boards are delivered to the model or the jobsite and picked up after review, so the colour is approved under that daylight and those lamps. Sample delivery
Can our crew install, or do you install?
Both. Supply-only leaves the install with your crew. Supply and install brings Floors Toronto’s crew. A site that is waiting on other trades belongs on the contractor page .

We reply within one business day. If the job includes install, the reply separates supply from the method and the subfloor. If you want samples, we send them on the real oak. If a site measure is needed, we book it from that reply.
