- Tell us the room

- View in real light
Approve samples under the LEDs and daylight the floor will live in. Greys and browns shift with lamp colour temperature.
- Bring the references
Bring cabinet doors, paint chips, stone samples, floor plans if available, and notes on condo versus house. Floors Toronto prepares Grade AB and ABC boards, width examples, and stain directions.
- Written lock
A productive sample session ends with written approvals: grade, format, stain reference code or description, and whether stairs are included. Floors Toronto proceeds to production only after that lock.
- Trade kits
Designers presenting to clients receive trade sample sets on location and return them on agreed timelines for pickup. Designers managing multiple clients should label returned boards clearly so colour conversations do not cross projects.
- Out of town
Out-of-town buyers purchasing Toronto condominiums can still complete sample reviews by courier. Floors Toronto ships curated boards with lighting notes and a video call walkthrough when travel is impossible.
- Free of obligation
Samples are free of obligation beyond good-faith project intent. Once colour and grade are approved, production proceeds. Installation is scheduled when scoped — including moisture gates on concrete.
